SCORE: This workshop will review the preparation, the techniques, and the tools to manage the direct sales process - from qualifying prospects, to managing the sell cycle, to closing the sale - whether youíre selling products or services. What are the steps in a sales cycle and how do I know where Iím at? How do I manage a call, what questions do I ask, how can I move to close? How can I manage my prospect base? How can I quantify its value? How can I manage and compensate my sales people?
